These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and where applicable, the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, and other relevant United Kingdom consumer protection legislation.

2. Placing and Confirming an Order

Orders for pool maintenance services may be placed via our website, by telephone, or by email. An order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected services. No contract exists between you and Resisi until we have confirmed acceptance of your order, either by email, telephone confirmation, or through a confirmation page displayed on our website.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order prior to confirmation, for example where the requested service is unavailable, where scheduling is not possible, or where the details provided are incomplete or incorrect. In such cases, we will inform you promptly and any payment already made will be refunded in full.

3. Prices, Payment and What Is Included

All prices displayed on our website are quoted in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. The price confirmed at the time of order is the price payable, save for any additional work agreed separately with you in advance.

Each service package includes the specific pool maintenance tasks described at the time of booking, such as water testing, cleaning, chemical balancing or equipment inspection, as applicable to the package selected. Any additional parts, chemicals or repairs beyond the agreed scope will be discussed and agreed with you before being carried out and charged separately.

Payment may be made by the methods indicated at checkout or as agreed with our team. Payment is due in accordance with the terms specified at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Cancellation and Complaints

4.1 Cancellation

If you are a consumer booking services online or by telephone, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of confirmation, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided that the service has not already been fully performed with your prior express consent. If you request that services begin within the cancellation period and they are partially or fully carried out, you may be liable to pay for the services provided up to the point of cancellation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Resisi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the provision of our services. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the relevant service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable United Kingdom law.
